If you trust the people who are in charge, then you stick around because you know they’ve got your back. And one of the easiest ways to build trust is that everybody knows where you’re at.

[24:56] Rob & Kennedy: The only reason people unsubscribe is because they get too many irrelevant emails. By irrelevant, I don’t mean the offers are relevant. I mean, the angle of which the thing you’ve talked about with me, is irrelevant.

It’s an essential part of getting your business from where you are now to where you want.
